Welcome to the International Programs of Outreach College! For over 30 years, our programs have been providing exciting educational programs for international students and visitors. The University of Hawai‘i offers the perfect setting for serious study while enjoying the tropical climate and island-style living. Hawai‘i's multicultural society provides an interesting place to learn about many cultures in addition to American and Hawaiian culture.
