Registration Information - NICE part-time classes
NICE Electives, NICE Interim, and NICE at Night Classes
Registration for NICE á la Carte classes is conducted by the Outreach College Student Services Office.
HOW TO REGISTER AND PAY
Register by Phone: Call (808) 956-8400, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm (except holidays). Pay by Mastercard or VISA.
Register Online: First find your course, then click on the "Register Now" link below the class information. Pay by Mastercard or VISA.
Register by Fax: Provide all information, including credit card information, on the NICE Part-time Study Registration/Payment Form. FAX to (808) 956-3752, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm (except holidays).
Register by Mail: Provide all information requested on the NICE Part-time Study Registration/Payment Form. Mail form with credit card information OR with check or money order to: UHM Outreach College, 2440 Campus Rd., Box 447, Honolulu, HI 96822 USA.
Register in Person: Go to the Outreach College Student Services Office, Krauss Hall 101 Information Window, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm (except holidays). Pay by cash, check, or credit card at the Outreach College Cashier's Window.*
*If check is dishonored by the bank, there is an assessment of $25.
Confirmation
If you do not receive a confirmation receipt within 7 days or if you enroll less than 5 working days prior to the start of the course, call 956-8400 to verify enrollment and to find out whether the class will be held as announced.
Deadlines
Registration deadlines are one week prior to the first day of class. Register early! Some classes fill up early; others cancel if enrollment minimums are not met.
Class Cancellations
Classes that do not meet the minimum enrollment requirement may be cancelled. If your class is cancelled, you will be contacted and a refund will be mailed to the address on your registration form in approximately 3 - 4 weeks.
VISA INFORMATION
NICE á la Carte offers part-time study options only. Students on all types of visas are welcome to register for these classes on a part-time basis. The Form I-20 cannot be issued for study in this program.
