NICE is unique in its emphasis on building practical ORAL COMMUNICATION skills in English. Study options include rigorous academic preparation as well as courses in conversation and culture presented in a relaxed classroom atmosphere. Conveniently scheduled courses are offered in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
Upon request, short-term English programs and seminars on a wide variety of subjects can be arranged for groups of international students or professionals.
Each summer, English teachers from around the world come together for a professional development opportunity in Hawai‘i. The annual seminar is designed to update participants in current methodologies and practical techniques for teaching English as a foreign language.
